Hold inventory

Write. Takes a quote’s rooms off sale for KONG_HOLD_TTL_MINUTES (15 by default) so they can’t
be sold to anyone else while your guest completes payment. The quote stays bookable for at least
as long as the hold. One active hold per quote.
