# Get house policies

`GET` `/properties/{propertyCode}/policies`

Operation ID: `getPropertyPolicies`

Check-in/out, children, pets, smoking, payment, accessibility, taxes and cancellation terms by rate plan.

## Path parameters

- `propertyCode` (string, required) - Property code (case-insensitive).

## Responses

- `200` - Policies.
- `404` - Not found, or owned by another partner.
